Good to know

All of our pieces are handmade and made to order. 

Due to the hand made nature and asymmetric design, each mug is slightly different and purposely made to have the "imperfect, hand made" aesthetic. 

Ceramics are very delicate and undergo a process of drying and firing before they are ready. Occasionally, mugs break during the process. When purchasing your mug, please keep in mind that if this happens your mug will be delayed. However, we will reach out to you to let you know when you should be expecting your order.

Refunds & Returns 

As each mug is made according to your customization, we generally do not accept returns or refunds. However, please reach out using the contact form and let us know if you have any issues and I will be more than happy to assist.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
