How to personalise The Handwritten Mug?

Step 2: Send your handwriting via email

Once your order is placed, please email info@tranquiloceramics.ae with the subject “Handwritten Collection Order”, and include:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos of the handwriting (as sharp, well-lit and highest quality photo as possible.)

3. A short note explaining which part of the writing you’d like to featured

Notes & Details

The maximum amount of area on the mug that can be stenciled on is 60mm x 60mm. However, this does not mean that the text needs to be that size. For example; the "My Princess" handwriting on the mug displayed is 40mm x 20mm.
The scale and placement of the text will be determined based on the handwriting's spacing and composition. We'll make sure it fits naturally and beautifully on the mug.
Handwriting lines may need to be slightly thickened or adjusted to ensure clear and precise stenciling.
Each piece is handmade individually so there may be small variations in form, glaze and finish.
Processing & delivery time: 3-4 weeks.

Our mugs are handmade, customisable and made to order,
Current processing & delivery time is 3-4 weeks.
Clay is delicate and items can break during the firing process, please bear this in mind and allow some time for it to be re-made.
Our mugs are food safe, lead-free, non-toxic & dishwasher safe.
Our mugs embrace the beauty of handmade imperfection. No two mugs are the same. Variations in the glazes or clay may occur.
